this is to inform that the Organising Committee of 3rd African Youth Games will sent a letter of invitation to appointed TOs whose country of origin does not have Algerian diplomatic representations to be able to obtain a visa upon arrival. The others whose country of origin have Algerian diplomatic representations must have sent their visa application file according to the usual procedures.
